Costa Mujeres has little retail of its own, so residents shop in Cancún, 20 to 30 minutes away. Marina Puerto Cancún and Plaza Las Américas cover fashion and groceries, while downtown markets handle crafts and fresh produce.
Each listing includes the location, a link and a map. Places change, so we review this list regularly; last reviewed October 2026.
