Do I need a real estate license?
No. Licensed agents earn 25% of our commission and everyone else earns 10%.
Does my client pay more because of the referral?
No. Your share comes out of our commission.
When do I get paid?
When your client’s purchase or sale closes, under the referral agreement we sign with you.
Can I refer someone who is selling?
