Costa Mujeres runs about 26 km along the mainland north of Cancún, in the municipality of Isla Mujeres, around 30 minutes from Cancún International Airport.
The water is calm, facing Isla Mujeres, and most of the stock is new construction: resorts, condo towers and a few branded residences.
Branded residences are a separate market and are not averaged in. The St. Regis opened pre-sale at 2.1 million dollars and has already moved up 300,000.
