Usually yes. Beachfront units carry the highest price per square meter on the coast; an ocean view unit in the same area tends to cost less and still gives you the sea from your terrace.
What should I check before buying a condo for the view?
Whether the view can be blocked by a future building, which floor and orientation you get, the condo fees and what they cover, and the condition of the building after hurricane seasons.
Can foreigners buy an ocean view condo?
