Karina is a Certified Public Accountant by training and a licensed broker by profession. That combination shapes how every purchase is handled: real market value instead of asking price, the right ownership structure for your tax situation, HOA and title reviewed before you sign, and a closing coordinated in-house with the notary and independent counsel. She has lived in the Riviera Maya for 25 years, works in English, Spanish and French, and sits on the board of AMPI Playa del Carmen.
