Playa Realtors is a licensed boutique real estate brokerage founded in Playa del Carmen in 2008 by Karina D. Sayed, CPA. From two offices, in Playa del Carmen and Tulum, our team helps international buyers and sellers in CancĂșn, the Riviera Maya and 14 destinations across Quintana Roo.
We are a small, hands-on agency on purpose. You work directly with people who live here, know each neighborhood building by building, and answer to a licensed broker.
From one office in Playa del Carmen to the whole Riviera Maya
Playa Realtors grew with the region. Karina arrived in the Riviera Maya when Playa del Carmen was still a small town, opened the agency on Calle 34 in 2008, and has guided clients through every stage of the market since then.

Our broker is a Certified Public Accountant, and that shapes how we work. Every purchase is reviewed through its numbers and its paperwork: real market value, maintenance fees, the condition of the building and the documents behind the title.
