Aldea Zama is a planned community in Tulum, set between the town center and the beach road that leads to the ruins and the hotel zone. It was laid out as a master planned development, with paved streets, sidewalks, bike paths and underground utilities, which is still rare in Tulum.

For buyers, Aldea Zama is one of the most established places to own in Tulum. Many buildings are already finished and lived in, so you can walk the street, see the maintenance and talk to owners before you decide. It is a short drive to downtown Tulum and to the beach, and close to the shops and restaurants that have opened around it.

Aldea Zama real estate: what you can buy

Condos: the most common option, in boutique buildings of a few floors, often with rooftop pools and gardens. Good for buyers who want a lock and leave home in Tulum.

Penthouses: top floor units with private rooftops and jungle views, for buyers who want more space and privacy without a house to maintain.

Townhomes and villas: a smaller number of homes on their own lots, for buyers who want a private pool and more room.

Presales: new projects still launch in and around Aldea Zama. We compare them side by side with finished buildings, because a finished unit lets you see exactly what you get.
