Quintana Roo

A project with life, inspired by the abundant vegetation that naturally walls this development, allowing a majestic view for a privileged lifestyle, like the ancient natives of the beautiful land of Tulum.

Located in Tulum, Quintana Roo, it is conceived as a set of buildings around a large social space as the heart or root of the architectural project.

The buildings are divided into separate sets that rotate along the lines of the terrain, allowing them to hide among nature and only be visible from certain angles, giving the resident the sensation of discovering and exploring NATIVA in a pleasant way.

The project maintains its identity with Tulum, through the use of typical materials of the region, such as chukum resin finish, stone masonry walls and wood.
