Concept: Peace and Nature
Located in the middle of the Mayan jungle, this is a complex of six villas created to satisfy those who wish to live in an environment of privacy and in contact with nature.

Each Villa has two levels and a rooftop terrace, offering the possibility of hosting two different gatherings at the same time thanks to the locking system and the customized concept.

The outdoor areas include a private courtyard, swimming pool and rooftop garden.
The architectural concept uses natural, low-maintenance materials to blend in with the natural context and reduce costs over the life of the villas.
All spaces within the project respond to their natural context, taking advantage of natural light and ventilation, with the idea of providing comfort and energy efficiency, respecting the environment as well as the identity of Tulum.
The master plan design saves more than 50% of the existing trees.

TULUM: Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Tulum offers a unique experience due to its natural, touristic and cultural characteristics.
On the one hand, it has beautiful white sand beaches, bathed by the turquoise Caribbean Sea; on the other hand, the extraordinary archaeological zone, the only one adjacent to the coast in all of Mexico, can be appreciated.
Exuberant vegetation that includes the jungle areas, centennial vestiges of a civilization without equal, cenotes of crystalline waters, elegant boutique hotels with ecological spirit, and other tourist services of high level, circumscribe this project guaranteeing its added value.
