SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability and land usage are 2 of the mayor impact characteristics.The program and its orientations joint with studies of environment, allowed the creation of a functional concept that is based on the superposition of elements.
Sewer systemSanitary drains are collected and sent directly to the municipal drainage, avoiding septic tanks that contaminate the groundwater systems.
Irrigation systemRainwater is collected through drains on the guardrails and is stored for irrigation of green areas, reducing the use of clean water
