Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, Vanessa brings a truly international perspective to her work. Having lived in cities such as Paris, France, and Toronto, Canada, she developed a deep appreciation for different cultures and an intuitive understanding of the expectations international buyers have when investing abroad.

Since 2008, Vanessa has called Playa del Carmen home, giving her extensive knowledge of the region’s growth, market trends, and emerging investment opportunities across Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and the greater Riviera Maya.

Her professional career is strongly rooted in hospitality and international customer service. Vanessa worked for several years with Royal Caribbean International, where she served in guest relations and onboard sales roles, assisting travelers from around the world and managing complex logistics with precision and professionalism. These experiences refined her ability to anticipate clients’ needs, communicate clearly across cultures, and provide a seamless service experience. 

Vanessa is known for her attention to detail, organization, and genuine dedication to client care. Her background in high-level hospitality allows her to guide buyers through the real estate process with patience, transparency, and confidence, ensuring every step feels smooth and well supported.

Outside of real estate, Vanessa has a naturally adventurous spirit and enjoys exploring new places, meeting people from different backgrounds, and embracing the vibrant lifestyle of the Riviera Maya. She is also a passionate animal lover and proud dog owner, something that reflects her warm, caring personality and the empathy she brings into her professional relationships.
