Playa Realtors operates as a licensed real estate brokerage in the State of Quintana Roo.

Individuals designated as “Licensed Real Estate Advisors” hold valid real estate licenses issued by SEDETUS and are authorized to provide real estate advisory and brokerage services independently.

Team members designated as “Property Specialists” are not independently licensed real estate advisors and do not offer brokerage services on their own behalf. They operate exclusively under the supervision, direction, and legal responsibility of Playa Realtors.

All real estate transactions, negotiations, and advisory services are conducted through and under the authority of the licensed brokerage to ensure full regulatory compliance, transparency, and client protection.

Pilar is dynamic based in Tulum, bringing hands-on market expertise since 2020.

Entrepreneurial by nature and naturally warm, she combines a sharp understanding of the local real estate landscape with an easy, approachable style that immediately puts clients at ease.
